Personal Space

I’ve often marveled at people who took the time (and had the patience) to learn how to juggle. It’s fun to watch, and at one point in my life, I thought it looked easy enough to learn. It wasn’t. Fast forward a few decades and sprinkle a little perspective into life and I realized that between my career, writing and publishing short stories, blogging (but more so on my author page Josie de Vere), maintaining a household, successfully getting laundry washed, dried, and actually folded, I realized that in some form, I have learned to juggle. It’s still not easy, and I’m positive that watching me do it isn’t gracefully mesmerizing…but I’m doin it.

As many of you know, I started a simple You Tube channel called Cannabis Meditation Network. It’s basically a channel of playlists comprised of meditations that I’ve used (with or without cannabis) which I found helpful. Perhaps you will, as well. In the same vein, I have been toying with the idea of publishing a meditation journal, but then I realized that I didn’t want to publish it…I simply want you to have it. It’s nothing too fancy, but it contains things that I’ve learned along the way of my personal meditation journey…and yes, it addresses the use of cannabis in meditation, something I “highly” recommend for those so inclined. The second half is a workbook for you to use as a resource as you embark (or continue) on your meditation journey.

By no means do I think this journal is the only resource you should use, and by no means do I intend to imply that it will change the game on your meditations, although I hope it will help further them. My intention for this journal is for it to help you however you need it to. I hope you print out the workbook portion (as many as you’d like) and use it is as a tool, something to help guide you and further your practice of knowing yourself, overcoming life’s obstacles, and finding some peace.
